The Partner Tribe designs all partner journeys and manages the partner lifecycle, including commission accounting. Main goals: Ensuring seamless and efficient processes and journeys for all partner-related (B2P & B2C) activities. The freelancer will be deployed in Value Stream Management for Partners (M4P). This covers external partner lifecycle management, including onboarding, account creation, support, and offboarding.
- Description and detailing of requirements for new features, including functional aspects, e.g., in Jira and Confluence.
- Identification of dependencies and risks and assessment of their impact on existing systems and components.
- Planning and control of feature blueprinting, taking into account open tasks from previous planning cycles.
- Coordination of dependencies, solutions and risks within and between teams and internal and external requirement teams.
- Creation, maintenance and alignment of relevant documents, especially in the areas of data protection and security.
- Advising the Product Owner (PO) and Area Product Owners (APO) on selecting and planning features for upcoming planning intervals.
- Reviewing blueprint artifacts and supporting and approving test cases, test steps and tests to ensure market readiness.
