Description
The goal is to migrate existing service provider interfaces to a unified, efficient API solution to reduce system complexity and ensure future operations. The API serves as a technical interface between the service providers’ systems and the client’s systems, enabling management of services such as SIM card activations or blocks.
Concrete scope of services without personal reference
- Development Management: Functional and technical definition of development objectives
- Programming Concepts: Creation of designs and detailed specifications for required development measures
- Project Management: Content consulting for the preparation of the requirements specification and project planning for software, process development, and hardware setup
- Test Planning: Design and creation of acceptance test specifications including acceptance criteria and test catalog
- Development Planning: Technical consulting on function and component development
- Test Management: Coordination and execution of final acceptance tests before commissioning and go-live
- Technical Documentation: Creation of documentation, including manuals on the use and operation of the new developments
- Mobile Network Operator: Maintenance of the mobile network contract throughout the life cycle
