Note: this is not consulting on third-party or plug-in ESRI-based products. The client wants to avoid the licensing costs of those products and build a custom system tailored specifically to their needs. Environment: the client uses a .NET environment with BLAZOR. Requirements
- Deep expertise and experience in documenting and planning telecommunications networks
- Many years of experience with ESRI tools (5-10 years)
- Excellent consulting skills
- Occasional availability at the client's request (not a full-time project)
