Ensuring a solid project setup, uniform project management standards and quality
Creating and maintaining project plans and proactively monitoring project progress
Optimizing PM methods, processes and tools to improve deliverables
Advising subproject managers as a project coach, e.g. sprint planning, agile project management
Coordinating information from different areas and preparing it into consolidated market information
Technical and commercial evaluation of new customer service processes (e.g. battery legislation)
Coordinating and moderating workshops and meetings
Preparing and following up steering committees in coordination with project and subproject management
Several years of hands-on project management experience with focus on automotive (3-10 years)
Experience with common agile and traditional project management methods and tools
Ideally experience in e-mobility
Technical and commercial know-how
Experience in customer service/after sales
Experience in product development process
PM certification preferred
Solution and business orientation as well as conflict management
Communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Very good German and English skills
