Description
A company is looking for a dedicated DocuSign Support Specialist to help the team manage and optimize DocuSign processes. The goal of the project is to maximize the platform's efficiency and user-friendliness.
In this role, you will work closely with users to solve technical issues and provide training.
- Creating and managing users
- Setting up new user accounts, adjusting user permissions and roles
- Assisting with template issues
- Answering general inquiries about DocuSign
- Conducting training sessions for administrators and new users
Requirements
- Technical understanding of DocuSign, especially in user management and template creation
- A solution-focused approach for quick problem solving
- Strong communication skills to help users with different experience levels
- Experience in user support or helpdesk for digital tools
- Training skills for preparing and running training sessions
