Description
Point of contact for data owners on questions about implementing the data protection management system, as well as handling communication between your area of responsibility and the internal Data Protection Office
Data protection legal advice and support for all business areas (online and shop)
Incident management in collaboration with the responsible teams
Independently ensuring ongoing compliance with data protection requirements within the omnichannel area (online channels, apps, shops)
Establishing and tracking processes to maintain optimal data protection quality in all omnichannel systems
Participating in projects, leading projects, independently organizing and integrating existing and new compliance requirements (data protection, IT security) into the omnichannel systems
Organizing and controlling the implementation of the data protection management system processes in your area of responsibility in close cooperation with the DSKs
Requirements
University degree in business informatics, law & economics (business law), computer science, law or business administration, or equivalent experience
Several years of professional experience in data protection, working with IT systems and functional complex data protection processes, as well as mapping them into business processes
Solid knowledge in data protection and its practical application in processes and systems
Experience in handling data protection assessments, their execution and implementation, as well as tracking the resulting measures
Independent, analytical and conceptual working style
Affinity for technology and data protection law
Extensive experience working in large organizations, including communication with decision-makers
