Description
For our client in the insurance industry, we are looking for a Customer Data Analyst with very strong technical expertise and the ability to derive real business insights.
- Implementation of partially complex analyses, selection logic and data processing pipelines
- Translating business questions into data analytics frameworks from data acquisition, preprocessing, analysis, modeling to visualization in the form of reports or presentations
- Consulting from analysis design to result presentation in the CRM and customer service context
- Data-driven generation of customer insights to derive actionable recommendations and support the implementation of analytical use cases
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics or data science in a CRM or customer service environment
- Seniority level: 3-10 years of professional experience
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL
- Programming skills in Python and R
- Deep Dymatrix experience
- Customer-focused and business-minded thinking combined with excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented work style
- Ability to make complex analytical concepts understandable to a non-technical audience
