For our client in the insurance industry, we are looking for a Customer Data Analyst with very strong technical expertise and the ability to derive real business insights.
- Implementation of partially complex analyses, selection logic and data processing pipelines
- Translating business questions into data analytics frameworks from data acquisition, preprocessing, analysis, modeling to visualization in the form of reports or presentations
- Consulting from analysis design to result presentation in the CRM and customer service context
- Data-driven generation of customer insights to derive actionable recommendations and support the implementation of analytical use cases
