Our team works with the markets to monitor and drive improvements to their Web and app offerings, using a suite of digital marketing tools to provide an enabling framework from which markets can monitor their customer experience and identify areas for improvements. We are now looking for a Customer Data Platform [CDP] Engineer to enhance our team and help us evolve our digital offerings to better serve our customers. The CDP provides a rich segmentation of data to drive more focussed personalisation of the digital channels, working alongside our digital marketing platforms and serving all of our channels.
