Our client is a company in the telecommunications industry. They are looking for a specialist in content creation for learning formats, especially digital formats (WBTs, PDFs, simpleshows, videos etc.). The target audience for the trainings is employees in sales and customer service.
- Learning journeys are mapped out as modular learning paths. These paths consist of at least four and at most 13 modules. The modules can be presented in the following formats: text impulses, quick guides, click paths, animated videos, whiteboard animations, short web based trainings, one-pagers or two-pagers, (process) instructions, product comparisons, video sequences.
- A module is generally understood as a learning snack and should not exceed 15 minutes.
- For each learning journey, there is a dedicated contact person from the client who prepares the topic to be covered either on their own or with a subject-matter expert from the segment, both in terms of content and as a curriculum, and is available during the conception of the learning journey.
