Our client is a telecommunications company. They are looking for an expert to lead end-to-end projects and analyses in the area of online acquisition frontends, including planning and management of resources, budget, time, scope, and quality. This expert should also know both classic and agile methods and be able to combine them.
In project execution you can enforce your high standards as well as find pragmatic solutions, always keeping a special focus on continuously improving the user experience when meeting project goals
You maintain close collaboration with stakeholders from IT, service operations, marketing, product management, sales, and analytics
You coordinate external partners for projects and routinely present various topics to management representatives
You create project reports, process overviews, SLAs, business cases, decision papers, and management presentations
You share your knowledge and methodological expertise with your project management colleagues
You develop your team members professionally and establish new project standards
You continuously look for process improvements, help introduce new tools, and are an enthusiastic driver of digital transformation
Experience in online portal search (e.g. knowing relevant KPIs and what needs to be done to improve them)
Familiarity with the technical and process framework of an online shop as well as customer needs, marketing requirements, and legal/data protection rules in the eCommerce environment (must have)
Project management and business analysis skills (must have)
Know-how in requirements engineering and web/online shop (must have)
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (nice to have)
Online search know-how and quality assurance know-how (nice to have)
Experience in process management and telecommunications (nice to have)
Jira and Confluence skills
