The NetOptimizer (U-1799) is an in-house development tool for analyzing, optimizing, and simulating the transport network with over 500+ users. The goal of this project is to develop new features and extend existing ones. The NetOptimizer should be future-proof and further developed according to the latest standards. The successor project to NetEdison will start as soon as the current RFQ is completed. The project is planned until the end of 2027. Description

The service is requested within the RAITT project for the Business Continuity Management (BCM) management system and its interfaces, especially to the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) of IT, as well as other stakeholders in security, data protection, legal and the operational units in the business areas.

Service description:

The service includes coordinating all tasks as the SPOC for the central BCM office and the related issues in the IT transformation program ("RAITT"). Specifically, the following activities are to be carried out:

  • Assessing changes in the program (technical, procedural, organizational) that affect the BCMS
  • Developing possible procedural adjustments for interfaces to other stakeholders and management systems
  • Advising stakeholders at all management levels
  • Implementing new processes and procedures on a case-by-case basis

Requirements

  • The consultant must have knowledge in Business Continuity Management (BCM according to ISO 22301) and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM according to ISO 27031) to perform the service. A good understanding of the telecommunications industry, experience in telecom projects, especially the legal framework for critical infrastructure (KRITIS), technical processes (ITIL, cloud), and use of O365 products is also helpful.
  • The consultant should hold certifications (ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor, CBCM - Certified Business Continuity Manager, ITIL).
  • The consultant should have experience in planning, implementation, training, auditing, and optimization of holistic, certifiable, regulatory-compliant Business Continuity Management Systems according to ISO 22301 and IT Service Continuity Management according to ISO 27031.
  • Essential are proven experiences with the mentioned management systems BCMS according to ISO 22301 and ITSCM according to ISO 27031; it is advantageous to have experience in transformation projects in cloud-based environments, as well as working independently and communicating effectively at all management levels in German and English.
