Description
Independently manage individual FTTH expansion clusters in the funded rollout
Take a holistic view and ensure components of budget, schedule, and quality
Document and present project progress to management and program leadership
Monitor budget for assigned clusters
Organize and moderate meetings with expansion stakeholders (e.g., project staff, contractors, public authorities, etc.)
Independently solve cluster-specific issues
Attend, lead, and follow up on construction management meetings
Ensure client interests and compliance with funding requirements for the broadband project
Classify and resolve disruptions or initiate escalation measures if needed
Serve as point of contact for contract and change order management questions
Provide advice during meetings with mayors, citizen consultations, and town hall assemblies
Drive and optimize expansion, billing, and documentation
Project and contract management
Review and approve measurements from subcontractors (e.g., civil engineering and fiber installation)
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure, power grids, water networks, network expansion, or network technology
