Our client is looking for immediate support in the area of claim management. Due to the project halt in the industrial heat sector, there is currently a high workload for the project purchasing department. Therefore, our client is seeking short-term support in post-claim management.
- Task: Post-claim management in plant engineering / piping construction
- Evaluating the financial impact of unforeseeable events during the project, such as delivery bottlenecks, material defects, or changes due to new regulations
- Handling incoming claims, e.g. penalties for schedule overruns
- Assessing and defending against counterclaims or warranty claims
- Mitigating disruptions to ensure on-time and quality delivery
- Identifying Aurubis claims against contractual partners in case of schedule disruptions or deviations
