In this project, the client is working on further developing the control model to better support the business owners in managing operations. It looks at technical and economic dependencies and connections. As part of this effort, the client aims to develop driver KPIs, forecasting models, and a forward-looking control with several pilots. Besides implementing the new control system, intensive change support is needed so that employees understand, accept, and use the new processes and tools.
