Our client is planning to further expand its nationwide Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) fiber networks. For this, we are looking for a Sales Manager / Consultant with experience in sales strategy and the acquisition of residential real estate companies (WoWis).
- Development of a scalable B2B sales strategy, detailing how the company can identify, contact, and contract residential real estate companies (WoWis) in newly served municipalities in a standardized and scalable manner (VGM, GEE)
- Closing contracts with residential real estate companies to achieve GEEs or VGMs (construction permissions for NE3 and NE4)
- Sales analysis to determine whether this expansion should be handled in-house or with external partners
- Presentation of solution approaches, taking into account various size units of residential real estate companies
