A company is looking for an experienced Digital Analytics & Tracking Specialist to optimize the conceptual ownership of all data streams and tracking technologies. The project’s goal is to develop and implement strategies for capturing, analyzing, and leveraging data from various channels such as website, portal, app, and POS tracking. The focus is on advising the marketing, BI, and retail departments to analyze, structure, and optimize data-related processes. By using modern tracking technologies like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics as well as data management tools, we ensure that all relevant end-to-end data remains permanently measurable and usable. The project supports data-driven decisions and fosters continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: - Building and further developing cross-channel digital analytics tracking for websites, portals, apps, and POS tracking. - Designing and implementing web tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and JavaScript. - Optimizing the use of the tag management system and its associated data layer. - Quality management of tracking data flows with tools like Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) and integration into online marketing tools such as Matelso or ContentSquare. - Advising on web tracking trends and data protection regulations. - Supporting the enhancement of data-related processes in collaboration with stakeholders from portals, digital analytics, and customer marketing.
