Description

The client wants to make an IT Delivery department of 100 employees agile. For the transformation, they are looking for an Agile Coach to coach the teams accordingly. The goal is for the first teams to work in an agile way and then the other teams to follow in sequence. There will also be two internal supporters who will learn on the job and then take on tasks independently. The Scrum Masters in the teams also need to be trained.

Requirements

Experience in the automotive sector would be a big advantage. The coach should mainly focus on coaching, but it would be great if they also have experience in a scaled context, such as Flight Levels, SAFe, etc.
