The goal of the project is to implement the already purchased knowledge management system, including all features, processes and interfaces defined during the tender process, as well as the definition and implementation of all new requirements for the system.
Definition and implementation of processes for knowledge and content management, including carrying out in-life processes (issue management) and designing editorial workflows in the system (requesting content, approval processes in the knowledge system).
Development of strategic and content concepts for knowledge management, as well as integrating interfaces considering existing systems.
Definition and automation of content types and media data in the knowledge management system. This includes using and configuring variables and automating content processes for different brands.
Collection, definition and requirements management in the migration project involving relevant service providers, technical experts and internal teams. All adaptations based on project requirements are continuously prioritized and implemented.
Management of the technical implementation between business units, service providers and technology partners. This includes steering the implementation roadmap, defect and issue management, and tracking and documenting in the appropriate tools.
