Description
A company is looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd level support specialist in Salesforce to support and optimize the existing platform. The role requires coverage during typical working hours and offers the possibility to work fully remote.
- Support for resolving technical issues on the Salesforce platform.
- Performing system customizations and optimizations.
- Collaborating with various departments to improve system usage.
- Providing technical support and training for end users.
- Documenting processes and solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in 2nd/3rd level support, specifically in Salesforce.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce system administration and customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in German.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
