• Modernizing the CRM, advisor portal, and client portal by moving them to microservices.
• Completed the PHP 8 upgrade of all systems for SOC2 compliance within two months of joining.
• Revamped the Guidepoint Now client portal by splitting the backend from a monolith into microservices.
• Designing a federated microfrontend module to unify the client experience across Advisor Search, Guidepoint Insights 2.0, and AI Co-pilot.

Mobikwik.com is India’s second-largest e-wallet and a B2C platform. As principal architect and engineering manager with 18 direct reports, I designed and launched four products—Hotels, Bus Tickets, Cabs & Bike Rentals, and Insurance—and supported all verticals from merchants to payments.

• Developed and launched the production backend for hotels, including site APIs, admin dashboard, scheduled jobs, and operations dashboard in three months.
• Integrated Cleartrip hotels into the Mobikwik platform for instant inventory and bookings and added hotels to the Android app.
• Hired top tech talent across all experience levels (SDE-1/2/3).
• Redesigned the payment flow from wallet-only to wallet-as-payment gateway per new RBI PPI guidelines.
• Rolled out bike rentals and cab booking with OLA on the Android app using the wallet payment system.
• Launched personal accident and life insurance products in two weeks, powered by ICICI Lombard, ICICI Prudential, Bajaj Allianz, and Aegon Life.
• Built ELK monitoring for backend apps from scratch, giving real-time insights for product and engineering teams.
• Organized and took part in a Bug-a-thon for the recharge vertical, solving critical issues and raising average monthly GMV from ₹181 crore to ₹210 crore.

Naukri.com is India’s top job site with the largest pool of jobseekers and employers. I joined as senior developer and later led the FastForward team, which offers paid services to jobseekers.

• Refactored and relaunched the site from Symfony to version 2.x.
• Was an early advocate for Agile and Git across the company.
• Built two products from scratch: Naukri Background Check and Priority Application.
• Optimized the system via code enhancements and tuning slow queries.
• Upgraded the CRM to send email and SMS campaigns by 11 AM instead of 3 PM for 1 million profiles.
• Implemented continuous delivery with PHPUnit tests, cutting down issue-finding time.
