• Currently modernizing various parts of the CRM (including advisor and client portals) by migrating them to microservices.
• Completed the PHP 8 transformation of the entire system—critical for SOC2 compliance—within two months of joining.
• Revamped the Guidepoint Now client-facing portal by extracting backend components from the monolith into microservices.
• Designing a federated micro-frontend module to unify client experiences across Advisor Search, Guidepoint Insights 2.0, and the AI Co-pilot.

Mobikwik.com is primarily a B2C company and India’s second-largest e-wallet. I served as principal architect and engineering manager, leading 18 direct reports. I designed and developed four products from scratch: Hotels, Bus Tickets, Cabs, Bike Rentals, and Insurance, contributing across all verticals from merchants to payments.

• Developed and deployed production-ready hotels backend architecture, aggregator APIs, admin dashboard, scheduled jobs, and customer operations dashboard within three months.
• Integrated Cleartrip hotels into the Mobikwik Hotels platform for instant inventory addition and bookings, and launched hotels on the Android app.
• Consistently hired top technology performers across all experience levels (SDE-1/2/3).
• Redesigned the payment flow from wallet-only to wallet-as-payment-gateway in compliance with new RBI PPI guidelines.
• Launched bike rentals and cab booking in collaboration with Ola Cabs, integrating wallet payment systems in the Mobikwik Android app.
• Delivered insurance products in two weeks for personal accident and life insurance powered by ICICI Lombard, ICICI Prudential, Bajaj Allianz, and Aegon Life.
• Introduced and built ELK monitoring for backend applications, providing real-time insights for product and engineering teams.
• Organized and participated in a “Bug-a-thon” event for the recharge vertical, resolving critical tech and product issues and increasing average GMV from ₹181 crore/month to ₹210 crore/month.

• Contributed to refactoring and revamping the website, migrating from Symfony to version 2.x.

• Optimized the existing system through application improvements and slow-query tuning.
• Enhanced the CRM for email and SMS delivery, reducing send times from 3 PM to before 11 AM for 1M active profiles.
